Your Direct Debit is processed by Stripe, who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Stripe transfers the funds directly to Charities Trust, so Legacy never holds the funds directly.
Charities Trust, a registered charity themselves, then makes sure your donations reach your chosen charities and reclaims Gift Aid on eligible gifts.
